下集開始。

而現在很多產品都是靠網路行銷或和網紅業配銷售。但這只是把產品賣給他們想賣的對象,而更多的機會是在網路的潛水族和自己花時間去搜尋資料的人。這些人才是我覺得我要下功夫的對象。因為這些人有自己的想法、需求和自主做功課。也會和達人或專家交流討論,最後下單購買。他們主動去找自己需要和想要的產品。

產品沒有對錯好壞,都在於買的人和賣的人如何去定義和觀察的面向。這和量子力學一樣意思。以我為例子,我選產品要實用、有效,所以我會花時間去找相關資料和產品。如果要送人,我更在意品牌、產品購買來源和產品的新舊款等。如果是銷售來說,質量、效能、品牌和產品來源就是核心。

所以說不同的需求和角度,你對產品的購買要件的優先順序是不同,所以最後得到的產品也會不同。把產品設定針對特定族群,在以前是可行,但在訊息發達和產品藍海裡,族群是活的,也是不停變化。而最關鍵的因素在於,產品的特性和優勢需要更明確的體現在消費者面前。有些小品牌或沒聽說的產品,也會在一些小眾群體發燒、活絡。

你會問,這不就已經在產品說明裡?錯!目前所有產品都沒有一個完整和全面的訊息特性分析或說明。因為我做銷售20年,很多產品都是我自己去瞭解、使用和分析才知道,很多品牌商所沒有提供的訊息和資料。這也是達人或職人可以存在的原因。目前很多網紅、部落客們就是幫大家去解密產品的真實性。因為他們對產品的瞭解深度更深,可以一針見血的推薦你適合的產品,減少你走冤枉路和燒銀子。

品牌商和通路商本身對產品的瞭解深度已經沒有像以前那樣了。現在產品週期短,產品不停的更新,連銷售人員都不熟、也不瞭解下,新的款式就要上市了。你如何會知道哪一個適合你?舊款的不是不好,因為這是品牌商的銷售策略,而買適合你比新舊款式來得重要。但如果再包含舊款的產品,那要研究的產品就多到數不完了。

My point is the group who is always checking the reviews, and product information and people's comments should be the core audience to target.

This group has the own idea, requirements and expectation for the right products. They work hard to collect the information, chat with the experts and youtubers then they make the purchase. The branding is not the key issue for purchasing, they care more about their own requirements and features for personalization.

In the past, the brand company spend lots of money on advertisements even though it's online sales. Nowadays there are a number of products from Asian factories directly without branding, you can get it from overseas with global shipping for 2 weeks. As long as the products meet my expectation and fit my need, I have no problem for ordering online with overseas shipment.

Sometimes, you get to know certain products through small portion of the group with positive usage and feedback. They are not well know product or brand, but they just meet people's requirements and budget to get popular. With my experience in golf, you need to consult the experts for golf club and accessories in order to get the right products.

It's the best way to help you save the time and money by consulting the right experts, otherwise, you buy something is not fit your swing with bad results. That's helpless! That's why you need to do your homework before making the purchase. It's extremely important work for shopping. It's nothing about the branding but finding the right thing for you!
