明今天來聊聊動作這塊,當然我不是教練,也不是高手。但我是以自己血淋淋的經驗,和觀察不少球友動作所得到的經驗分享。不要嘴我,用的上就用。不喜歡就不要看。因為動作很複雜、門派多如繁星,或許有同樣經驗而有共鳴。

很多教練或雜誌的文章都會說,站穩和站寬對你發力打球很有幫助。一來站寬四平八穩,二來可以利用上半身的力量來打球。這是正確。但我的經驗和想法是,對一般人不見得管用。因為除非你的身材壯碩,可以利用上半身的力量來擊球。而下半身的強度需要能支撐巨大的揮桿速度。

多數人平時沒有時間鍛鍊和強化身體肌肉。所以速度和力量是相當有限。當然你用手打球,下桿速度快確實對下盤的支撐力會比較要求。但動作不穩和過多手臂力量,都是導致你的下盤無法跟上和支撐上半身重要的原因。所以你站寬一點確實可以讓身體比較不會晃動。

但問題你的動作效果和擊球精準度都不會太好。如果光靠力量打球那高爾夫就簡單了,不會把大家折磨半死不活,還不斷去請鬼開藥單。所以我的結論是站寬對一般人根本一點幫助也沒有,同時制約身體的韌性和彈性。而且往往越是你要用力打球,就越打不好。不只是身體動作走精掉,桿子也很難控制打到甜蜜點。

先說站寬是多寬?以超過肩膀的寬度。當然一般人會站稍微比肩膀寬一點,是正常也不會太寬。如果是1.5個肩膀寬度就是寬了。寬有好有壞,上面已經說了,不好的地方,而為什麼對一般人不好,因為你需要下半身的力量來幫助你的擊球更有效和力量提升。

Let's talk about the golf swing, I am not swing coach and not single handicapper, but I have plenty of experiences on golf swing and learn from other single handicappers. It's my own experience and if you don't agree it, just forget about it. If you see something you can take and learn from, enjoy it!

There are many swing coaches and golfers believe stand wide is the way to swing powerfully. Of course, if you stand wide, you have good base to support your fast and powerful downswing. I think it's based on if you have strong upper body with core muscles. Yes, if you are ordinary people, stand wide won't give you the best power for the downswing.

Why? You are not the athlete who are excising regularly for maintaining the body power and muscles. As a result, you have to learn and know how to use your power from the whole body instead of relying on certain part of the body. That's the key for average golfers as we do not have time to do the work out regularly and we have to use the whole body's power for the best swing power.

If you count on your arms or upper body on downswing, it's not reliable and consistent to make the good striking. Unless you can use the shoulder rotation to swing for maximum power and the stand wide is must have. Moreover, standing wide makes your body not flex and fixe. That's why it's not working for average golfers as we need power to drive the ball.

Basically if you stand 1.5 your shoulder width, I would say it's too much. It's good to stand about the shoulder width as your lower body is flexible and easier to drive rotate the feet for generating the power. Right, the flexibility is the key for average golfers' body to learn and implement. Wide standing, on the other hand, is stiffer for your lower body.
