訂製桿不是一次就可以手牽手到永遠/The ideal custom club can not be done by one time！~上集

在訂製球桿的時間裡，就我自己的經驗，一位新的球友要訂製他自己的適合球桿絕不是第一次就可以成事。這也是給大家一個正確的觀念。因為在訂製球桿裡，球友和技師是兩邊完全都不了解彼此的人。而且球友本身在球具和動作上都不成熟下，技師無法成一次的訂製球具裡就完全掌握和摸索出球友的問題。

更不用說把桿子給做得到位。就我個人的經驗，沒有個3次是很難去知道球友對球桿的需求，問題和實際狀況掌握的好。因為很多球友本身對自己的問題和需求也都不清楚，好像準度也需要，距離是基本，最好可以桿子好看又容錯性高。對不起！很多產品的特性是有衝突。所以魚和熊掌是無法兼得！

而通常我都會和球友說，第一次的訂製球桿就是建立彼此的交流和溝通是無障礙。同時必須有球友的使用回饋才能對訂製球桿進行調整、或後續其他球桿訂製的基礎和依據。我都會發現一個問題：就是球友往往不知道一些核心的問題，導致使用後根據使用的反饋才知道一些個人的狀況和問題。

所以技師其實是要去找出球友的問題。技術的層面在訂製球桿所佔得比例其實不到5成。因為當知道病人的問題才能對症下藥，技術才能有發揮的機會。往往看球友的揮桿動作無法知道很多隱藏的問題。比如體能、打球策略、和球場特性。別小看這些因素，在配置球桿時是有影響。

影響在於，你要設定的彈道高度，距離，還有產品的特性，同時還有球桿的操控能力等。因為往往球友只看到他眼前和自己問題。但一些問題都和你打的球場和下場策略有關。不單純是個人能力和身體條件問題。因為訂製球桿是要能解決你目前打球的問題，還有可以提升你的表現和成績。

For custom golf club, it's going to take at least 2 or 3 times to know golfer's profile, preference and requirements. Since golfers do not know personal problems and demands for the golf clubs, the clubfitter needs to ask a lot of questions and analyze their swings. Through at least couple of custom fitting experience and golf clubs to get the true golf club profile.

Each time when the golfs receive the custom clubs, they need to provide the feedback and usage to the clubfitter in order to fine tune the issues and profile of the golfers then with next round, it's able to set the right specification. It takes time and rounds to know all the potential issues that are hard for golfers to express at once.

I would say clubfitter's job is to find out what's the true issues from golfers and it's not easy job to get the whole thing as golfers do not have mature knowledge of golf clubs and swing. Sometimes it's not simply about the golf clubs, it's related with the golf courses golfers play. Or the strategy of the golfers is not appropriate.

For instance, some golfers are unable to make the swing correctly during the first 2 or 3 holes, with such situation, the golf club particularly the driver needs to be forgiving, and reducing the side spin to allow golfers' mistakes. However, sometimes the difficulty is golfer's requirements having the conflicts.

If you want the golf club to look sharp and pretty, it will sacrifice forgiving, easy to play and distance. Therefore, the golfers needs to pick the most important thing for your golf clubs and clubfitter can follow such instruction to recommend you the right products then setup the right specification. As a result, clubfitter need to prove the result of custom clubs is right on golfers' expectation.
