身體平衡力鍛鍊是打好球的關鍵/Body balance is the key for golf swing!

之前文章有說到身體爆發力需要鍛鍊提升。這是靠身體肌肉強度和耐力去支持。但揮桿動作不是只有力量,更重要它還需要平衡性去融合在你的身體力量的發揮。也就是說,你的力量越大,身體需要去維持平衡,才不至於力量太大無法控制導致身體偏移掉。如果你揮桿結束收桿無法站穩,就代表你的身體平衡力不足和力量過大導致。

所以不是說你身體有多少力量,你就可以爆發出所有的能量來。大家都知道揮桿動作要求一部分去控制身體和控制球桿。如果力量太大,你會無法控制身體而導致擊球不穩定,也不精準。一旦你的力量太大就會導致無法控制身體和球桿,就無法打到桿面甜蜜點。

這時候就需要對身體進行平衡訓練。所謂的身體平衡練習,就是讓你的身體不是完全平衡下身體需要快速控制重心進行平衡。不平衡就會導致身體移動或晃動。就無法控制好球桿的桿頭軌跡到擊球點和釋放。所以平衡練習會需要是單腳去鍛鍊,有動態和靜態的練習模式。

當然一開始可以從靜態的單腳獨立去練習,然後再練,動態單腳平衡。幾乎所有的運動都需要鍛鍊身體平衡力。因為這是基礎。人是直立動物,靠兩條腿站立和運動。所以在動態運動過程中,身體會不斷改變重心,而在這個過程裡,每一支腳都需要獨立去承受身體,在動態和不規則的重量變化。

要漸進式去鍛鍊。從靜態到動態的練習。靜態可以穩定再到動態的練習。因為揮桿動作是一個連續動態的身體重心的改變,而你的雙腿需要去應付身體重量和力量轉動下的加速度。所以我常觀察多數業餘球友下半身的支撐力不足,所以無法和上半身達到平衡。

Golf swing is not only power, but also the dynamic body balancing that means if your power is big or swing is fast, you need a strong lower body to balance your power. If your swing can not have a good ending and release, you can not stand still till the end and your body will be moved by over power.

In golf swing, it's not important how much power you can generate, it's about how much power you are able to control and load in order to maintain the smooth golf swing and strike on the sweet spot of the club face. You need to know and train your body to be loaded as much power as possible with body balance. Therefore, to build a strong lower body is key for golf swing.

You can train your lower body particularly your feet by loading the dynamic upper body's power and weight. The first step is to do static training for single foot balance, Once your foot can handle your body weight smoothly and solidly then you can go to the next for dynamic foot balance. Since your foot needs to work out the weight and power from your body and consistently fine tune the balance for making your foot stand still.

It's not an easy job and takes certain period of time to build the fundamental. If you do not have the strong lower body to support your power and body weight during the swing, it's hard to allow you swing as good as you can achieve. In short, it's all about how much power you can handle for your body. Building the power is not the only thing for golf!
