而方法百百種,在練習的過程裡常常需要調整改變方法,去嘗試和找出一個最適合自己的動作來。所以去參考別人和比賽選手動作都是很重要的學習管道。

不見得要照抄選手的動作,而是要去學習他們如何運作的細節和順序。比如他們如何去發力?身體如何反應力量的爆發?還有身體扭轉時,上下半身是如何對應和變化?光這些問題就夠你觀察、思考很久了。

同時觀察動作會有一些共同點和差異點。要學習如何去找出差異點?如何一個一個去嘗試落實。所以這當中會需要不斷嘗試不同的方法,來建立一套對自己合用的動作來。這裡頭的時間就絕不可能幾個月就摸出來。

高爾夫是一個可以打很久時間的運動。別說自己沒有時間去練,或那些動作對我來說太難。因為如果你想打得好,就得一步一腳印去練。去練身體、練身體伸展、練動作。選手花10年練出來,我可以花30,40年來練。選手一週練5天,我一週練1到2次。只要持續也會讓我練出來。

因為你可以看得到自己的進步和差異。這就是最好的回報和對自己的肯定。而這當中會有酸甜苦辣和錯誤。因為你走過這些問題和失敗,所以你能明白什麼是對或正確。這些動作都有其基本原理(物理和力學),不會無中生有。

我常在練習場看一排球友認真努力的練。這樣的熱情,只要再配合一些學習和交流,都可以自學得道!當然會有一些朋友或教練在旁邊澆冷水,因為他們不想你學會、打好。你怕被別人笑就到邊邊角落去練。

懂的人會和你分享動作的經驗和方法。因為很多交流都會產生共鳴。大家都會有類似的經驗和問題。這過程肯定是孤獨和辛苦,但你卻可以換來很有自信的站上開球台的揮擊。也會有一些好朋友在旁邊支持和協助。這才是高爾夫最美好無價之處!

There are many ways to build your golf swing. Sometimes, you have to change the different method to find the right solution for your swing. Thus to watch other golfers' swing or go to the tournament, you will gain something for sure.

You do not need to copy pro's swing, but to learn how they execute the swing and generate the power. How does the body react for such situation? You should focus on the difference and details of upper and lower bodies then you will find something for yourself. The answer is always on the details. You have to find out by your own.

There is the trial and error for building your golf swing. It's good to have mistake or failure on swing and you can learn from it to make your swing better and solid. The more you dig, the better swing you will build. It's certainly taking thousands of practicing hours to build the swing, there is no short cut for this path.

If you would like to play good golf, you have to build the swing and practice one by one, little by little. Do not give yourself the excuse. There is always an easy way to get started. You do not need to go to gym to work out, you can do personal workout at home or at your office for 2~5 minutes per round. The pros can swing perfectly, you can do it as well with longer time.

Do not give up and keep going, you will see the growth of yourself in golf. Golf is the life long sport, you have plenty of time to work on your swing. it's never been too late!

When I am in driving range, there are many golfers working hard on their swing. If they can discuss with other golfers who play better with better skills in swing, it will be great for them to learn from others. Some may tease others for less capable of the swing. Since they do not like you to have good swing.

You can find the similar experience through online discussion or golf forum. To share and discuss will give you more inputs and thoughts on golf swing. Do not hesitate to communicate with others, it's the right way to explore your network. Working on golf swing is long run and hard. Only few people can overcome. Once you have done it, you will have confident and fearless on the tee box. It's priceless!
