The letter to GG members by Hong

To GG members,

As the tournament organizer, I am very please with the tournament result and golfers’ eagerness.  I truly believe this event was a success. 

The idea of giving mulligan and using the shamble format is to allow every golfer to be competitive with each other.  I am please to say that out of the six groups, we have five groups score in the 70s.  I do believe our mulligan number for each golfer is almost perfect.

Obviously, we do have some glitches as well.  Near Pin flag was forgotten and the pace of play is a little slow.  As more events being played, I believe those situation would improve. 

This time not only I am an event organizer also a player.  As a player, I really want to thank LaDesign.  Because of him, he allows me to play my own way and when I played bad, he would pick me up and support me.  In this format, LaDesign is the best partner I have so far.

Fan being such a gracious winner, he accepted the cup for his team mercifully and not even asking the losing team for the penalty. 

I cannot forget to mention Paul.  He picked up where Fan was busy with just born baby.  Paul not only donated his time to his team also prizes to the event.  Most of our prizes were from Paul.  Not only Paul’s team member should thank him for the best strategy for the course, I want to thank him for supporting my idea.

Here I want to thank everyone participating in the first GG Cup and Chien giving me this chance.  I had a lot of fun and I hope all of you did, too.
