下集開始。

當你的身體強度提升後,你可以更容易去控制和掌握身體的不同部位,讓他們可以去執行你要的動作。同時提升能量和效率。比如會上桿過頭,下桿身體側移、做不了力量釋放等。這些都是你的身體強度,無法支持你去執行這些動作的問題。所以身體才會以它可以做的方式去表現。

當你的身體提升身體的同時,對於動作的改善,需要建立在減化動作的基礎上。動作減化是讓你可以依靠身體各部位的施展為基礎。這樣就可以避免過度依靠和使用特定部位。導致擊球效率不佳和穩定性不高的狀況。所以動作效率要提高的前提,就是動作要做到分工和依序而行。

同時球具部分,需要輕量化。什麼?身體強壯了還要輕量化?是不是搞錯了。其實大家都被選手的球具設定給誤導。就我個人經驗,當你的身體強壯了,要讓你的身體可以更輕鬆自如的施展身體轉動,必須要讓桿子給你的的負擔越小越好。同時控制球桿的能力可以提升,讓球桿來配合身體動作。

調整動作的第一步就是從你的準備動作開始。站姿和握桿進行調整。握桿多數都是強勢,是因為你的握力不足和球桿規格不適合你的手臂和手掌/手指來握。所以你需要握滿、握牢、握強勢來讓你的身體覺得這樣的握法,可以讓你發揮力量。

對於站姿來說,多數球友都站的太直挺,導致球都會往左右跑。你的上半身就是一個軸心,手臂和球桿是力矩半徑。所以當你站越直挺,球的方向就是左右跑。再去看看選手他們的動作進行比較。你會發現,他們的動作可以分成上下兩個轉動力矩。而不是像球友們一個上半身手臂的力矩擊球。

而選手的兩個力矩是有連結,去累積更大的能量所得到最好的擊球效率。擊球的力矩是建立在肩膀這個轉動擺動上。這也是選手他們的準備站姿脊椎是有角度,不是一個直挺狀態。而在動作上,有因會導果來。所以從源頭的站姿和握桿去調整改善才能提升你的動作效率。

動作很簡單,但執行上相對複雜。我無法去說明全部,只能就我個人的經驗去分享。而動作和身體一定是第一步。同時球桿需要調整為以效率為主的打法。所以球桿必須要能配合你去落實和執行以效率為主的動作。如果你的球桿不對,動作也很難建立起來,因為球桿對身體的負擔會過大,導致動作無法產生效率和能量。因為能量有一大部分被球桿給消耗掉。

Once you enhance your body muscles, you are able to use your body rotation to drive the ball solid and strong. You will be able to execute the details of body rotation and also support you to handle the golf club loading on your arms. Then your swing will become simplification since you won't be able to over swing for maximizing your power and allow your arms to relax for handling the golf club.

Simplified golf swing is built on your body strongness that is able to share the loading and operating for all parts of your body instead of relying certain body part to operate the swing. The benefits of that is to make your swing efficient and generate maximum power on down swing. That's the key of the whole golf swing.

Regarding the golf club after your body becomes strong, it needs to be light weight for you to operate the golf swing with minimum loading. Why? I am stronger and now my golf clubs need to be lighter. The idea of the golf club is to support you operate the golf swing easier instead of harder. Therefore, it needs to allow you swing easier and less loading on the swing and body.

This way your body is able to work on the swing details easily. The whole thing is on your body rotations. If you check the pro's swings, there are two body rotations with upper and lower bodies. Two rotations are able to generate the maximum swing power. That's why the golf swing is so hard and complicated for average golfers to learn.

We all make the golf swing hard and complicated since our body is not ready to operate the golf swing. If your body is unable to do the swing, it's impossible to build the body rotation swing. At the same time, your golf clubs are not built with your body condition then you are unable to operate the the swing you expect. Since the wrong golf clubs will lead your swing in the wrong direction and results. Thus working on your body first is always the right step to golf swing.
