揮桿動作沒有對錯,只有“效率”問題/Swing is all about the efficiency!

在高爾夫世界裡頭或是運動的世界裡頭,會有很多的動作或工具讓人來使用。而我們看選手施展時的力與美表現就愛慕不已。而在現實世界裡,我們常會問自己或請教別人,自己的動作和工具是否正確?當然我們看到自己的動作影片多半慘不忍睹。所以我們一直在追求正確的動作為目標。

當然也有人不以為意,認為只要打得到球就好。動作對錯不重要!這也沒錯。但我自己的經驗是,當你對自己要求越高,你就必須去提升和改善動作的正確與否。這和人生也差不多。當你克服一項挑戰或買到你想要買的東西後,你會有新的目標去追求。高爾夫也一樣。它會刺激你不斷去追求更高的目標。

當我會打球,也打的到球,我知道自己的動作有很多的虛力。也就是力量太多,但沒有得到最好的結果。你知道結果可以更好,所以你需要提升動作的效率。每次的擊球都是吃奶的力氣打到滿身大汗。但距離就是在那個範圍。所以我也得到一個結論:動作的效率不到位!看打得好的朋友,也沒有我那麼莽荒之力,也一樣輕鬆得到不錯的距離。

所以我需要去調整改善自己的動作,讓動作可以更加有效和提升結果。才會去研究和分析不同動作的因果關係,和能量傳送效率。現在分析球友的動作時,都會看到自己過去的影子。因為大家把動作給複雜化,同時力量的運用和能量傳送很沒有效率。導致最後的結果不好。比如over swing,強勢握桿,站姿和球位不對等...

而要讓自己的動作可以提升效率的第一步,就是改善自己的身體。身體的質量要提升,才能讓你的爆發力可以有效的發揮和提升力量。也就是說;力量的”質“要有效,你的身體的肌肉和伸展能力要提升。才能讓動作的發揮更有效。很多揮桿動作做不好的原因,都是身體的強度和爆發力不足所導致。甚至是沒有利用下半身的扭轉力量。

In golf world, we have lots of tools and swing to deliver the shot, it's the same with other sports that we need to have tool and people to work together in order to achieve the best result. The whole process is the best of sport that we seek for the maximum power and balance of body control. In the real world, average golfers have difficulty to get things right with the tools and swing and also look for the best swing.

Some golfers think as long as I can strike the ball, i have no problem for golf. They do not care about the right or wrong on the golf swing and golf clubs. Well, it's right, if you don't seek for the best result for yourself in golf. But if you would like to move forward and grow better in your golf career, you will need to improve your swing efficiency!

Efficient is the key for golfer to get things better. It's not just striking the ball, we need to generate the right power with the right time then the result will be the best. Most of golfers I have been working with, they swing inefficiently and unproductively such as the overswing, incorrect grip size and ball/body position incorrect.

That's why every time we swing as hard as we can but the distance is not as good other other low handicappers. To improve your swing efficiency is to do the work out for your body. In order to generate the maximum power with short period of time during the down swing, your body needs to be strong and well trained. It's the fundamental for all kinds of sports.

Once your body is strong and you can control better to generate the power within the second. It's the quality of the power. You may not be agreed with that but if your body is strong, your gripping will be easy and you won't need to be over swing in order to generate the power. Your gripping is able to the neutral instead of aggression.
