你上半身的肌肉強度提升,也會提升你的下桿爆發力速度。更不用說你的上桿能力會更容易和輕鬆。你可以把上桿的細節做得更好,更精準。當你有好的上桿,你的下桿就變得更穩定和可控制。當你的身體提升後,很多動作細節就做得到。

當然有時間可以再做一些身體的伸展操,這可以提升你動作的韌性。因為動作不是力量越大、越多就可以更遠,身體如果都是充滿力量,肌肉就變得很硬,沒有彈性和韌性。所以很多高爾夫職業選手都會做瑜珈和伸展操,來提升身體的韌性。沒有這塊,身體太多力量反而像機器人不靈活。

我自己嘗試過不同桿子重量和揮桿重量,對於使用上的控制能力。我必須說;當你的揮桿動作是身體扭轉和肩膀轉動,對於球桿的重量和揮桿重量都需要“輕量化”。而要多輕?因人而異。我不想給誤導!為什麼要輕?因為動作已經夠複雜了,桿子如果再讓身體承受更多的負擔,動作的施展就難上加難、複雜度破表。

別認為我沒有鍛鍊,我一直持續鍛鍊沒有間斷。但球桿如果和以前打木桿300g~310g總重、45“的木桿,就會讓我身體花更多力氣在控制球桿,動作的施展就不容易和不方便。身體會跟球桿走,不是以動作運行為主。我只能說就我個人的經驗,目前市面球桿對大家要做好、做對動作是癡人說夢!所以你要不斷換桿子,追求更新的技術來協助你。因為身體負擔過大、本末倒置!

選手不是和我們一樣的狀況、能力和身體條件。但現在的球桿都不會比選手的桿子要更容易和簡單。所以你為什麼一直打不好、動作一直走精?因為市面的桿子就是不讓你打的好。你打的好,它們還賺什麼?照大家這樣好用的桿打個10年不換,不用coronavirus來,球具商就哀嚎片野了,倒光了!

身體鍛鍊不是為了要打更好,而是要維持健康!當你身體健康才能把球打好,動作練得好。以前靠多練球就可以打好球的時代已經過了。現在球桿複雜度更高,沒有在自我身體提升下來練動作都很難維持動作的穩定性。如果球桿也沒有配合,那時好時壞就是正常。懂方法和對工具才是不二法門!

That's the advantage of strong upper body can provide that you are able to operate the details of the swing. Of course, you need to add the body stretch for better power.

It's not about how much power and speed you gain, you will have better performance. You need to allow your body has certain flexibility then the power is able to be released simply and easily. That's why more and more professional golfers are taking yoga and stretch for the body. Without stretching, your body is like robot.

I have been trying a number of various golf club weights, it tells me that if your swing is rotation for your lower and upper bodies, your golf clubs need to be light weight in order to let your body operate smoothly and easily. The golf swing is not complex and consistent work, if we add more works on your body, it's hard to swing correctly and smoothly.

That's why the average golfers are unable to swing correctly and smoothly because the golf clubs are not fit your body and swing. Making your golf clubs light weight is the first step to allow your body can focus on swing instead of working more on the golf clubs. That's why I am saying the retail golf clubs' specifications and weights are not fit you at all.

Having a strong body is important and not only for golf but also for your health. Keeping on the workout and golf swing can help you work out most of the problems. Then the next step is to build your own golf club to fit your body and swing. That's the right way for you in golf!
