2023回顧和推桿能力進階！～上集

下集開始。

推桿很多時候是心理因素，所以要讓你的心情準備好，再去執行推桿，而前置作業要非常重要。心情穩定才有信心去進入推擊。很多球友都會急著去推，或是一直決定不了要如何推？現在我會專注在讓身體和心理有時間去放鬆和冷靜。同時把球桿握好、抬起來，但還不要啟動。就讓你的手臂、手掌身體都冷靜、不會抖或急著去推，才慢慢啟動桿頭的肩膀擺動。

這樣的模式讓我的推桿數都穩定在30～33桿，下半年都可以控制在30～28推。當然今年買幾隻推桿都可以讓推擊效果和穩定性提升不少。千萬別小看這幾推的差異，你要進到單差點，每一桿都會讓你花很久時間去提升和克服問題。當推桿能力可以穩定和控制在30推，這樣就可以從其他弱的桿子去下手。

對我來說，推法都一樣，但我可以有不同桿頭特性的推桿，來面對不同果嶺挑戰。這就是我有不同推桿的原因。我只是把打球盡可能簡單化，結果和成功率就變得可以預期和掌握。我沒有完美推桿，也不需要問我哪個品牌、款式的推桿好？我只在乎；如何讓推桿變得更容易掌握、控制？剩下就是專注在自己身上。

至少目前下場推的表現有如倒吃甘蔗，越來越有自信。推桿和短桿都需要很多的實務經驗去建立你的能力和自信心。推多了，要不斷去調整修正自己的問題和球桿的規格，這樣才能讓推桿的桿數在一定範圍內，然後再把失誤減少、增加更多的一推機會和結果。這不是做不到，就是要不斷嘗試、分析和改善，固定熟練推法，每一推都確實做好細節和步驟。

玩球桿也不少年頭了，我的高爾夫核心就是把”高爾夫簡單化“！不只在球桿、動作和所有裝備上。簡單化就是減少失誤、提升正面結果。桿頭、桿身、握把、動作、打球現在都可以看到關鍵點，不會被一些花言巧語給蒙蔽。這也是我可以分享給大家，因為你自己知道問題和需求，不要被人云亦云。現在是產品的藍海，需要去嘗試，才能建立自己的經驗值和喜好，沒有捷徑！

Putting is tough and the critical part is to manage your mental. In order to perform a good putt, you must make your mental ready and calm then focus on the path and execute your physical body. That's why your preparation of putting is important and build your own standard operation procedure. With that you are able to know what's going on with your analysis and operation.

Honestly, it's getting better for my putting per round from 30~33 putts to below 30 putts. Of course, I have built a number of new putters to make the putting better and improve, but physically my body is more controlled and relax for executing the right path. It may look only few putts improvement, but it takes long time and operation to gain.

My golf idea is simple, to make golf simplify on golf clubs, swing, putting and accessories! Average golfers are making golf too complicated, with that you are unable to make the golf better and happiness. Particularly there are tons of golf gears and accessories to make your golf game tough. That's why you need to know what you need and what's your current problems?

For example, I know what part is bad on my game and to improve it, I need to know what I need and what I should get? Finding the right features and characteristics from the golf clubs to fit your usage. Then work on your swing. Again make your swing simplify and you will find out that's fun through the whole process.
