很多人都為自己球打不直而煩惱。而最根本的原因就在你的轉肩的問題。因為下桿如果你是有利用上半身的身體轉動,你的肩膀會帶動你的手臂來進行力量釋放。而如果你的肩膀有運作轉動的話,你的手臂就不會雞翅膀,讓你的觸球後桿頭可以持續朝目標方向移動。
這看起來很容易但也是被大家所忽略。因為很多人都把重點放在手臂要然後做?手腕要如何做釋放等。但如果要讓球可以一路直到球道和果嶺上,你的肩膀需要轉動才能讓球往前跑,同時減少側旋問題。因為這是屬於細節和收桿的動作,多數球友都對這部分不了解或不熟悉。把揮桿動作集中在上下桿過程。
導致收桿後的釋放沒有做到位,而這就會影響的球尾段的方向。大多數的球友動作都是以手臂來進行,所以當觸球後,手臂就必須要拉起來,把球桿給帶上來。而這樣就容易讓觸球產生倒旋和側旋問題。所以球的距離和方向效果就比較不穩定。這也是要利用到身體來打球,不要偏重在特定身體部位來擊球。
身體是都連在一起,不可以各做各的事。一個揮桿動作是身體的整個連動性的表現。所以力量的產生是由下而上。不是靠手臂由下而上。正因為力量的由下而上,所以先要啟動下半身的扭轉,然後把力量傳送到上半身,在由腰、胸、肩來進行連動。所以你要讓你的力量有效去延續,就要有效利用你的上半身在擊球和釋放。
而對我來說,也依據我自己的經驗,最難的一哩路就是釋放。因為釋放就是檢視你上下桿的一個成果。更重要的是你的肩膀要完全的轉動。沒有這塊就算你的下盤轉的像電動馬達嚇嚇叫,一樣球打不直也距離無法發揮到最佳化。我必須說我自己花7、8年在轉肩,嘗試非常多的方法來讓肩膀可以轉起來,同時要讓手臂可以更容易去釋放。真的非常難。

Making your ball straight is kind of difficulty for average golfers. Most of golfers are struggling with the ball straight and the key is on your shoulder rotation. If you can rotate your shoulder on downswing with good releasing, your ball is going to be straight without problem.
It sounds easy but hard to work as should is unlike other body part to work. Golfers are focusing on the arms to lead the whole swing, it is hard to operate the shoulder to rotate. Why do we need to use shoulder to rotate during the downswing and releasing? Since the shoulder is connected with arms and with shoulder rotation it will lead your arms to the striking point easily and accurately.
Shoulder rotation is allowed arms to power up before the striking and it will be powerful and further to allow the clubhead moving squarely after the striking. That's the reason your ball can reduce the back swing and side swing during the air traveling. Please be aware that the shoulder rotation is the best approach to load your power of the arms then unload it on the right time.
The body is built with lots of parts and it's related with each other that can not work alone. Golf swing is a body sequence result that is generated the power from bottom to the top. It's unlike using your arms to hit the ball which is less efficient and inconsistent. You need to use your body rotations from the lower body and upper body for generating the maximum power.
The hardest part is the releasing. A good releasing tells you that you have a good backswing and downswing. It's the last part of the swing that is related with your swing works. Most people can perform well on the lower body rotation but unable to operate the upper body shoulder rotation since it's harder and do not know how to make the shoulder to rotate.
