因為上桿到頂點可以讓桿子的重量落在身體上。如果只有上1/2或3/4的話,桿子的重量就在手臂、背和肩膀上。而如果你的這些部位的強度不足,就會讓身體過度上桿來減少對球桿的重量負擔。同時,對於球桿這塊,也要讓你的球桿,可以把重量感調整到最好,不見得是最輕。這樣身體可以對球桿的負擔在最小。只有從身體和球桿去配合,才能得到最好的結果和揮桿動作。

這裡對於球桿還有一個重點就在於,很多技師都習慣配置比較輕的桿身重量,讓總重可以比較輕,這對於球友在動作施展上和控制球桿都是正面,但對於球桿長度卻做得很長。基本都在45.5~46“。這和一般市售球桿的長度是差不多。所以就算是重量輕,但實際對於身體的負擔是遠高於數據結果。

我也可以把揮桿重量值壓低,就算桿子長度超過45”。而實際物理原理對於長度才是最後你的重量感覺。而長度又是球友使用操作球桿的最大問題。動作的穩定性和擊球精準度都和長度有密不可分的關係。所以我個人很不認同把木桿設定超過45.25“。

在下桿時,控制身體的重心是非常重要。身體習慣會以側移,也就是下桿時,右腳踩和推身體的方式。卻沒有扭轉身體下盤(胯)來帶動身體的移動。這樣你的身體在下桿過程時間非常短下,要讓身體可以在對的位置和時間點去擊中球就非常困難。

這也是為什麼多數球友會產生球飛左飛右的問題。因為你吃球的位置,桿頭可能在你的身體偏後位置,球就會飛右/桿面朝右。也就是身體跑快了狀況。相對,身體慢,手快,桿頭就會在前面、桿面朝左,而產生左曲狀況。要解決身體移動過多問題,就是要改善上桿過多。你怎麼上,就如何下。因果相關的結果!

For example, the driver length to be over 45.5" will have the difficulty for most of golfers to swing and operate the swing smoothly.

The light weight golf club is right idea but it needs to compatible with the right length of the golf club. The off the rock golf clubs are setting too long on the length that is hard for average golfers to make the right swing. If you build your own custom golf clubs, the length needs to be better fit for your swing and body. That's the key!

In terms of swing accuracy and better impact factor, the length and weight are critical for the golf club. I would say length is first factor to consider and define then you can pick the right weights to fit the length. That's why I set the driver length within 45.25" for better control and performance.

When you down swing, controlling your body gravity is important to help you strike better. However, most average golfers are moving the body gravity too much from your right foot to left foot. With such situation, your striking pointing and timing are unable to control accurately.

If your body gravity moves fast, your striking point is behind, the club face is on the right side. If your body moves slow, your striking is ahead of your body, the club face is on the left side. That's why your balls are always not on the target direction. It's all connected and you need to work out your body and golf clubs then you will have bright results.
