擺脫3輪車,球桿的設定注意項目/Work out your golf club for high handicappers!

在球桿訂製過程裡,跟球友打球經驗,都會發現一些問題,就我自己的專業來說,很多事是可以解決。解決這些事你要擺脫3輪車也不是難事。會導致你擊球不穩定,無法打好,很大問題都在球桿的不適合性。但要你去花一筆訂製球桿費用,心也會痛。所以我這邊提供一些訊息給大家參考。看到改善再考慮把其他球桿也調整。

多數3輪車球友的球桿問題都出現在長度過長。現在市售球桿的長度都不適合一般球友使用。當你的揮桿動作還不穩定或還沒有成形時,最好讓你的桿子都變短。短鐵除外。因為大家都是從7鐵以後開始練,使用在短鐵的長度基本沒有問題,但對於長鐵,小雞腿、球道木和木桿都是你可以去調整長度的球桿。

因為桿子越長對你的使用要求會更高。尤其多數球友本身沒有鍛鍊身體核心肌群,所以使用桿子長的狀況就如同用很重的球桿一樣的道理。為什麼你打球容易側旋?因為你的手臂的速度跟不上你的身體移動速度,而要讓你的手臂可以更快速的帶動球桿,如果桿子越長,你的手臂就會更加吃力去帶動它。

同時長桿子對於你的身體承受能力、操作要求、和動作的運行都會有直接的關係。你為什麼可以用短鐵沒問題,很大的關鍵在長度。所以解決長度是讓你的球桿操控可以提升的重要步驟。裁減多少?我個人覺得木桿類在1“或以上,長鐵也是1”~1.5“。如果你的中鐵如6、7鐵都可以用得順暢,那就把長鐵做的和你的中鐵一樣的長度。

那裁減後的桿子重量就不對了,要如何改善?可以購買鉛片去貼在桿頭位置。增加多少重量就看自己對桿子重量要求的感覺。千萬不要問人說要多少?桿子這類沒有標準,別人的桿頭多少重量或桿子的揮桿重量多少,不見得在你的桿子是適合。自己去貼看看,揮看看,才能知道什麼重量是適合你使用?

When I clubfit the golfers or I play with various golfers, I can find some issues from golfers' swing and golf clubs. That's why you can not make the consistency of your golf swing and hard to strike the ball accurately. Most of them are workable and able to solve. Here is the major issue from the golf club that makes you always slice with more side spins.

The golf club's length, particularly the woods and drivers. Most of the major golf equipment brands their drivers, and woods are setting long to get the maximum distance but for average golfers, your body and core muscles are not trained well for handling such length.If you play 46" driver and compare a 44" driver, it will result totally different performance and management of the club.

The longer length of the golf club is equal to using a heavy golf club. Since the golf club is giving you the loading and weight on your arms and upper body. Longer length is given your arms more loading to handle during the whole swing. That's why if you would like to make your striking more accurate, it's better to cut the length at least 1" off.

Are you able to handle your short and mid irons well? The answer is simple! The shorter length of the golf club is easier for you to handle. The same concept is applied to the long iron, woods and drivers. That's why you need to build the swing consistency and striking accuracy instead of 10 yards long but missing the target 30 yards off.

Of course, once you cut the length 1" off, the weight of the golf club is not going to be the same, therefore, you have to add the weights on the golf club head in order to find your ideal swing weight. Do not ask me what weights you need to add on your club head, since each person has his own swing speed and body profile, how much weight you can handle is based on personal body profile. There is no standard or correct answer for golfers.
